Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through peraconstruct.es, why we use it, who receives it and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.

02What data we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message.
  • Quotation request: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, a description of the project and any photos or plans you choose to upload.
  • Messages by email, phone or WhatsApp: the details you share with us.
  • Website analytics (only with your consent): pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, collected with Google Analytics.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser information, which our web server processes to deliver the site securely.

03Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation — steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To carry out and invoice the work you order — performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
  • To measure how the website is used — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To keep the website secure and working — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

04Cookies and analytics

We only load Google Analytics after you click Accept in the cookie banner. It then sets the _ga cookies to distinguish visits. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. We store your choice in your browser (local storage) so we do not ask again.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page.

05The AI cost estimate

On the quotation page you can describe your project and receive an indicative estimate. The text you type is sent to OpenAI to generate the estimate. Please do not include names, addresses or other personal details in that field.

06Who receives your data

  • Our web hosting and email providers, who store and deliver our website and messages on our behalf.
  • Google (Google Analytics and Google Fonts) — Analytics only with your consent.
  • OpenAI, only for the text you enter in the AI estimate.
  • Meta (WhatsApp), if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp.
  • Our accountants and public authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and quotation requests for as long as needed to handle them. If no contract follows, we delete them within 12 months. Data related to contracts and invoices is kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

08Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise your rights, email info@peraconstruct.es. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
